Therapy is not just rooted in empathy, but accountability too. That might mean having homework. Being challenged in session. Having the space to finally say out loud the things you’ve been pushing aside. Together, we move beyond just naming the problem—we work towards shifting it. https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists/deb-harris-north-haven-ct/1030799
